One hour cancellation policy: a reservation can be cancelled with no charge up to one hour before the scheduled pick up time. Anything less than one hour, the client will be billed for the job at a minimum of one hour at Blackwood Limousine’s normal hourly rate plus gratuity and any incidental expenses incurred.
